Part 1 Architectural Designer
My name is Will. I am a Part 1 Architecture (ARB/RIBA) graduate, passionate about design. I have experience collaborating with peers and successfully meeting project deadlines throughout my time at university whilst using industry-standard software. In my current jobs, I actively contribute my skills to help achieve company targets and goals. I am Looking to secure a Part 1 role in the architectural industry before continuing to study for my MArch (Part 2).
In my work, I strive to infuse every project with my expertise and passion, always seeking to strike a harmonious balance between nature and architecture by incorporating green spaces. While my designs often lean towards a modern style, I hold a deep appreciation for historic buildings and envision a future where I can contribute to their preservation and revitalization, breathing new life into these spaces.
My passion for Architecture stems from my love of art and design, from a young age I would constantly draw and make things. In secondary school I began to gain an interest in engineering and the technical side of design, during this time I also started teaching myself Photoshop, Illustrator and other adobe software which later allowed me to start selling my own work online and helped me greatly when starting college.
In my free time I enjoy spending time outside and exploring new places, often admiring rural landscapes and unique architecture that I come across. My hobbies include sketching and anything creative especially when it comes to creating things such as 3D printing, model making, Woodworking and even Sewing.
